Wrightwell Enters the Midwest with the Acquisition of Two Stabilized Build-to-Rent Communities

ATLANTA, Dec. 17, 2025 – Wrightwell, a real estate investment and operating platform, today announced its expansion into the Midwest with the acquisition of two stabilized build-to-rent ("BTR") communities totaling 191 townhomes: Elm Grove in the Kansas City metropolitan area and Summit Townhomes in Northwest Arkansas.

With these acquisitions, Wrightwell's national portfolio now totals 365 units across five communities and marks the firm's first expansion outside the Southeast, following recent BTR townhome community acquisitions in Atlanta, Birmingham and Raleigh-Durham.

Wrightwell's entry into the Midwest represents a deliberate expansion into markets with structurally balanced supply dynamics—a differentiator from many high-growth Sun Belt metros experiencing elevated new construction deliveries.
